Level 01I
An opportunity for motivated individuals to gain hands-on experience in direct sales, customer communication, and brand representation. Team members receive training and coaching designed to help them build confidence, strengthen their communication skills, and develop a strong foundation in sales.
Level 02II
Represent our clients directly in the marketplace while developing skills in customer acquisition, relationship building, and sales strategy. This role is ideal for competitive individuals who enjoy working with people and want their performance to create opportunities for advancement.
Level 03III
Take on increased responsibility by helping drive campaign performance while developing stronger skills in sales, client representation, and team development. Account Managers are expected to lead by example and contribute to the growth of both our people and our campaigns.
Level 04IV
Designed for individuals who have demonstrated strong performance and are ready to begin developing leadership skills. This opportunity focuses on coaching, team development, accountability, communication, and learning how to help others succeed.
Level 05V
Assistant Managers take a larger role in team development, training, performance, and day-to-day operations. The position provides hands-on experience with the responsibilities required to help lead and grow a successful organization.
Level 06VI
A leadership opportunity focused on overseeing team performance, developing future leaders, maintaining client standards, and contributing to market expansion. Market Managers help carry LY Marketing's culture and values forward while creating new opportunities for the people around them.
