About LY Marketing

Our story is built to last.

LY is short for Legacy. Everything we do is measured against it: the work we put in today, the people we develop, and the standards we keep when nobody is watching.

01 The Name

Why LY?

Our two letters stand for one word: Legacy. We chose the name because it represents what our company stands for: building something bigger than a single sale, paycheck, or achievement.

A legacy is created through the work you do, the people you impact, and the standards you maintain when nobody is watching. LY Marketing represents our belief that every challenge, sacrifice, lesson, and accomplishment contributes to the person and organization we are becoming.

“We aren’t simply building a marketing company. We’re building something meant to last.”

02 Our Mission

Hard work today becomes a legacy tomorrow.

Our mission at LY Marketing is to create lasting legacies through hard work, discipline, and relentless personal growth.

We believe success is earned through the decisions and sacrifices made every day.

Our goal is to develop individuals into confident leaders, create opportunities for long-term growth, and build a company where hard work today becomes a legacy tomorrow.

03 From Our Founder

From Division I competitor to building a legacy.

Success doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built through discipline, resilience, sacrifice, and the willingness to keep developing yourself.

My background has always been rooted in competition, discipline, and teamwork. I had the opportunity to play Division I soccer in both Ohio and Maryland, and being a college athlete played a major role in shaping who I am today.

Soccer taught me that talent can only take you so far. Success requires consistency, sacrifice, resilience, and the mentality to keep going when things aren’t going your way. Those lessons followed me beyond the field and became a major part of how I approach business and how we’ve built the culture at LY Marketing.

I was inspired to become a business owner because I wanted to create freedom—not only financially, but with my time. One of my biggest motivations is having the ability to give more time and experiences to the people who matter most to me, including my family and friends.

As I grew in business, that vision became bigger than just myself. I realized that ownership could give me the opportunity to create something that impacts other people’s lives as well. I wanted to build an environment where ambitious people could develop themselves, gain confidence, learn valuable skills, step into leadership, and eventually create opportunities of their own.

My story should represent what LY Marketing stands for: you don’t have to have everything figured out before you start. You have to be willing to work, learn, adapt, and keep going.

“Success isn’t just about what I can accomplish personally. It’s about how many people I can bring with me, how many doors I can help open, and what I can build that continues to have an impact beyond me.”

04 The Journey to Leadership

Leadership isn’t a title. It’s a standard.

“Leadership has always been part of my life, but my understanding of it has completely changed. It’s learning how to work with different personalities, having difficult conversations, making sacrifices, and understanding that the example you set often speaks louder than anything you say.”

“Building this company has challenged me to grow alongside the people I lead. I’m still learning, developing, and becoming a better leader every day—and that will remain true no matter how large LY Marketing becomes.”

  1. 01 — The Athlete

Division I soccer in Ohio and Maryland

Being a college athlete shaped everything. Soccer taught that talent can only take you so far—success requires consistency, sacrifice, resilience, and the mentality to keep going when things aren’t going your way.

  2. 02 — The Captain

    Leading from the front

Growing up through sports meant often being a captain. At the time, leadership meant performing at a high level, being competitive, motivating the people around you, and leading from the front.

  3. 03 — The Entrepreneur

    Building freedom—and something bigger

Ownership started as a way to create freedom, financially and with time, to give more to family and friends. It grew into a chance to build an environment where ambitious people develop, gain confidence, and create opportunities of their own.

  4. 04 — The Leader

    Growing alongside the team

Building LY Marketing revealed that true leadership is taking responsibility, setting the standard, staying consistent when things get difficult, and helping others recognize what they’re capable of.
